    Melody Kurt brings over a decade of experience as a Relocation Specialist, supporting individuals and families through complex transitions with care and precision. She's known for her steady presence, attention to detail, and calm approach—especially in moments that feel overwhelming or chaotic. Just as important, Melody is a deeply experienced listener, taking the time to truly hear clients' stories and understand what matters most to them. As the founder of The Great Estate, Melody leads with empathy, professionalism, and a deep respect for the lives and homes entrusted to her team. She believes that this work is as much about listening and dignity as it is about logistics and organization. Outside of work, she finds her own sense of calm swimming in the ocean.
